About
The Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC), University of Rasul Mandi Baha Uddin is committed to promoting a sustainable culture of quality and continuous improvement across the University. In alignment with the Higher Education Commission (HEC) quality assurance framework, QEC facilitates the implementation of quality assurance policies, academic standards, self-assessment, and continuous quality improvement processes.
QEC works collaboratively with academic and administrative units to enhance the quality of teaching, learning, research, and institutional performance through evidence-based practices, stakeholder feedback, monitoring, and capacity building. Through effective quality assurance and enhancement mechanisms, QEC supports the University of Rasul in achieving academic excellence, institutional effectiveness, and national and international standards of higher education.

Purpose
The Quality Enhancement Cell aims to:
Promote a sustainable culture of quality and continuous improvement across the University.
Strengthen internal quality assurance mechanisms in accordance with HEC’s Quality Assurance Framework and applicable standards.
Enhance the quality of teaching, learning, research, and academic programs through systematic evaluation and evidence-based improvement.
Facilitate academic and institutional self-assessment and support departments in developing and implementing improvement plans.
Promote stakeholder engagement and feedback to enhance student learning and institutional effectiveness.
Build the capacity of faculty and staff in quality assurance, assessment, and continuous improvement practices.
Support accreditation and external quality assurance processes and promote alignment with national and international quality standards.
