Engr. Shawaiz is a mechanical engineer with a strong foundation in design, analysis, and applied research. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from HITEC University and an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST). His industry experience spans both defense and manufacturing sectors — having worked on tank engine systems at Heavy Industries Taxila during his undergraduate studies, and later gaining experience in the cement industry. He currently serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, where he combines academic instruction with ongoing research. His research interests focus on Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Internal Combustion Engines, applying computational and experimental methods to solve real-world engineering challenges in structural performance and engine efficiency.
