Dr. Muneeb Ahmed Toor is an Assistant Professor of Psychology and an academic leader with extensive experience in higher education, psychological research, quality assurance, and academic administration. Dr. Toor earned his PhD in Psychology from University of Gujrat and has dedicated his career to promoting excellence in teaching, research, and professional training. Before joining University of Rasul, he held several key administrative positions, including Director Academics, Acting Director of the Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC), In-charge of the MS Clinical Psychology Program at the International Institute of Science, Arts and Technology (IISAT), Gujranwala and Head of Psychology Department at Mukabbir University of Science and Technology Gujrat, where he worked for the establishment and development of a modern psychology department equipped with advanced teaching, research, and psychological assessment facilities. His administrative expertise includes curriculum development, accreditation and quality assurance, academic policy implementation, faculty development, and higher education governance. His research interests encompass clinical psychology, personality, mental health, educational psychology, and psychological assessment. He has supervised undergraduate and postgraduate research and has contributed to studies on internet addiction, sleep quality, academic motivation, imposter syndrome, and other contemporary psychological issues. He is proficient in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and is experienced in the use of statistical and qualitative data analysis software, including IBM SPSS, NVivo, and MAXQDA. Beyond academia, Dr. Toor is committed to advancing mental health awareness through workshops, seminars, and community engagement. He believes in integrating scientific knowledge with practical applications to improve psychological well-being and educational outcomes. Recognized for his leadership, organizational skills, and dedication to academic excellence, he continues to mentor future psychologists while contributing to the growth of psychological education and research in Pakistan.
